Sergey Shargunov is a writer and publicist. He graduated from the Moscow State University, international journalism department. Wrote several books of the prose, one of his novels was translated into Italian and published in Rome. Since 2000 – the author of «New World» magazine as a prose-writer and critic. The winner of the Debut Independent Award, «Big prose» nomination. The winner of the Moscow State Award on literature and art. Worked as an assistant of the deputy, went to Chechen Republic and South Ossetia as a journalist. Lives and works in Moscow.
